Do you require a Deposit ? If so, how much?

– Yes we do require a deposit for any of our booths in order for your day to be removed from our booking system. It is $99 deposit that can be placed through the website Booking form!

Do you have traveling fees?

-We do go 35 miles for free and after that we charge $1.50 a mile after that for a travel fee.

What time do you normally arrive to set up and how long is set up time?

-With any of our booths we typically arrive about 1 to 2 hours prior to the start time of the photobooth service. It normally takes about 30 to 45 minutes to set up

Does our booking come with a Booth Attendant to help assist our guests?

-1. Our Mirror Photo Booth and 360 Photo Booth will always have at least 1 to 2 booth attendants at all times to help assist your guests through the whole experience.The will be dressed appropriately depending on your event and they stay to make sure everything runs smoothly and assist guests.

2. Our Instant Social Booth does not come with an attendant because its a drop off & pick up unit. However, you can add an attendant to your booking at an additional cost.

Do my guests get physical copies them selves?

-1. With the Mirror Photo Booth bookings, your guests get unlimited photo sessions /1 Print Per Person on the spot including digital copies via text with our Platinum and Diamond Packages. The prints are high resolution and they are of the highest quality.

2. With our Instant Social Booth and 360 Photo Booth your guests will only receive a digital copies through text or email unless prints are added to your booking.

If I book 2 Hours of service, would set up & breakdown be apart of that?

– No, Your 2 hours of service is a full 2 hours of service. We set up completely before your 2 hour event would start. Once the 1 hours of service is up then we proceed to breakdown.

How much room do you need for the booth?

A – We need a 10 x 15’ floor space. This must be a solid floor with access to 120V, 10 amps, 3 prong outlet from a reliable power source within 50 feet (along a wall) of the set up area. The circuit must be free of all other connected loads. You will also need you to supply a 6ft table and 2 Chairs.

When is final payment due?

A: Final payment is due 2 weeks prior to the event.

Is there any discount for events during week days/ week nights?

A: We do give out a discount for weekdays/ week nights. Please check pricing and availability through our booking page on our website.
